 Assoc. Professor John Richards (Chairman) MBChB, FRNZCGP, FRACP, FRCP (Edin)
John Richards is a retired medical practitioner and former associate professor of General Practice at the Auckland Medical School. John was appointed to the Christian Healthcare Trust Board in 1963, and succeeded the previous chairman and founder member Murray Sweetman, in 1993. For 10 years he was a part-time visiting specialist in Geriatric Medicine for the Auckland Hospital Board.
 Gilllian Coulam
Gillian Coulam is a funeral celebrant, on the committee and Trust board of Eden Garden Society, Chairman of the Movement Disorder Trust, and involved in several voluntary organisations. She was appointed to the Christian Healthcare Trust Board in 1993.
 Graeme Edmond
Graeme Edmond’s career has been in the health sector in the UK and in New Zealand. He has been Chief Executive of Midland Regional Health Authority and from 1996 until 2003 was Chief Executive of the Auckland District Health Board. He is currently Managing Director of Specsavers New Zealand Limited. Graeme was appointed to the Christian Healthcare Trust Board in 2005.
 Dr Ron Haydon MBChB FRACP FRCGP
Ron Haydon is a practicing General Practitioner and Geriatrician. He was appointed to the Christian Healthcare Trust Board in 1975.
 Hon. John Laurenson CNZM QC
John Laurenson is a retired High Court Judge. He practiced law in Taranaki from 1961 to 1997 when he was appointed to the High Court. He was appointed a Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit in 2009. John was appointed to Christian Healthcare Trust Board in 2008.
 Robert Narev MNZM, BA, LLB
Robert Narev was a senior partner of the Auckland based law firm Glaister Ennor, for whom he is now a consultant. He specialises in property, commercial law and trusts. He was the founding Chairman of Kiwi Income Properties Limited. He is also a director of MFL Mutual Fund Limited and Superannuation Investments Limited. Robert is a trustee of, and legal adviser to, a number of charitable trusts and is the past president of the Auckland District Society of Notaries. He is a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit. He was appointed to the Christian Healthcare Trust Board in 1996.
 Hugh Perrett
Hugh Perrett is a Director of a number of companies and entities including Goodman Fielder, and AUT Enterprises Ltd. Hugh was previously Managing Director of Foodstuffs (Auckland) Ltd and Foodstuffs NZ Ltd and is a former Chairman of Loyalty New Zealand Ltd and The Bell Tea Company Ltd. Hugh was recently inducted into the New Zealand Business Hall of Fame. Hugh joined the Christian Healthcare Trust Board in 2005.
 Des Shaw
Des was a director of F.C.B. New Zealand and the New Zealand Automobile Association .Is currently a director of Pinnacle Life. Des was appointed to the Christian Healthcare Trust Board in 1996.
 Jeff Todd CBE, BCom, FCA, FInstD
Jeff Todd is a Chartered Accountant and Company Director and was formerly Managing Partner of Price Waterhouse New Zealand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). He joined the Board of Christian Healthcare Trust in July 1993. He is Chairman of the Dynasty Hotel Group Limited, Deputy Chairman of Sanford Limited and a director of Watercare Services Limited, Aotea Centre Board of Management, National Research Centre for Growth and Development and a Trustee of the Goodfellow Foundation and the Auckland Medical Research Foundation.
